Order is processed as below: Step 1: Search for products. Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart. Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order. Step 4: Fill in the order form. Step 5: Proceed with payment. Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
Shipping Rate : Conditional Free : $10 will be charged for shipping, if your order amount is less than $50.

- Custom taxes and duties
Custom taxes and duties are levied by the customs office in the destination country and the seller has no control over the amount. Buyers will be held responsible to pay for the duties once the package arrives at the destination country. EMS or local customs office will contact the buyer to confirm and pay the import taxes if needed. If refused to pay the parcel will be shipped back to the origin of shipment and small amount will be deducted from the customer payment for the shipping fees.

2. Requirements: Please be aware that not all items are eligible for return/exchange; see below for conditions and requirements. Refunds are issued once the returned products have arrived at us.
1) Items are eligible for cancellation under the below terms: - within 24 hours after the order has been placed and if the status is still "pending". If your order is "preparing for shipment" please contact our customer service. - The shipment is delayed for more than 10 days after the payment date and you haven't been noticed about it. - The ordered item is out of stock
2) The returns are accepted under the below terms: - The items you have received is different from what was ordered - The items are damaged
(1) Request the return on "Return form" within three days of receipt. Please attach the photos of the product, include the item code, order number, and the reason for return (A customer service representative will contact you to assist by email or phone).
(2) Tags should be attached, packaging must be in good condition (at least same as how it was received).
* Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF the above instructions are followed, and a representative has approved the return. Returns shipped back without any prior approval are not eligible for a refund either.
*Please note that EVEN the defective item(s) must be returned with all the tags and labels untorn, unworn. They must be sent in their original packaging.
* Please return all the contents of the original package as it is.
* No shipping fees are charged once the return has been approved. In cases where EMS pick-up service is not available in your region, we ask you to send them by yourself; All the shipping fees will be refunded to you once the package arrives at us.
3) The returns are not accepted under the below terms: - Change of a mind about the product color, size, etc. - The items are damaged by your fault - Your return request has been found to be ineligible by a customer representative.
The following items are not considered defective:
* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels * Items with creases that may have been made while shipping * Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production
4) If there is a missing item from your order:
*Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery. *Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
Please be aware that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing items if lost or damaged.
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order. Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
Pending period for reward store credit: Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.
Requirements: If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.” The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”
Cancellation of store credit: Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
